The Hire Terms & Agreement shown below is an example of the one you would be expected to sign should you wish to hire one of our Inflatables. This is standard practice within the bouncy castle industry and ensures that everyone enjoys a safe and fun environment!

The safe operation of the castle becomes your responsibility once set up.

ACME CASTLES will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries however caused.

1.        No adults allowed on the inflatable unless it is one of our adult suitable inflatables. The maximum age limit is 14 years.  ACME CASTLES will not be held liable for any injury/loss occurring to anyone over the age of 14 who contravenes this Agreement.

2.       A responsible adult (18+) should be on hand at all times to supervise children and keep the front of the castle clear. There should also be a first aid kit available and someone suitable to administer first aid should the need arise.

3.       No shoes, glasses, jewellery, buckles, badges, key-rings, metal-studded clothing, pets, toys or other sharp instruments or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment is allowed on or near the inflatable.

5.       The toddler castle is to be used by children aged 6 and under with no more than 6 children on the equipment at any one time.

6.       Keep children away from the back of the castle and all electrical equipment. If the castle fails for any reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury, switch off castle at the mains, then check the blower has not come off or untied, if so, slip tube back on and tie back up, switch back on at mains.      (If this does not work call ACME CASTLES).

9.       Do not relocate the inflatable.  It has been positioned in a location that has been assessed for risks by our personnel.  If it must be moved for any reason please contact ACME CASTLES.

10.     Keep children off the equipment when inflating / deflating / deflated to prevent risk of injury and protect the inflatable structure.  Deflate the inflatable when not supervised or in use.  (ie. during adverse weather conditions).  The unit must not be used in wet and windy conditions and must also be suitably anchored at all times.

11.      Do not allow children to swing, climb or sit on the inflatable walls or bounce on the front step. Do not allow flips or somersaults on the castle.

12.     Do not overload the castle and limit the number of users to approx 6 children on 12ft castles and 8 children on 15ft castles.

13.     Persons under the influence of drink or drugs should not be allowed to use the equipment.

14.     The inflatable must be returned in an acceptable condition, i.e. clean, unsoiled and undamaged.   If it is badly soiled or damaged The Hirer will be expected to pay an additional charge to cover the cleaning costs and our loss of earnings if the inflatable is rendered out of commission for any reason.
